Nate McDivitt is a dedicated Realtor with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies, based in Westlake, Ohio. With a strong passion for real estate developed over the past several years, Nate brings both enthusiasm and expertise to every client interaction.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design with a Minor in Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University. Nate’s introduction to the real estate industry began with an internship at a mortgage lending company—an experience that sparked a long-term commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and ease.

Since 2021, Nate has also worked in commercial real estate marketing as part of one of the top-performing commercial teams in the Midwest. This dual experience in both residential and commercial markets, combined with his design and marketing background, equips him with a unique advantage in marketing properties effectively and guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.
